CAL is a non-profit learning community. Contributions help us grow in a thoughtful, sustainable way while keeping our programme accessible and of high quality.

Your support enables us to welcome more children and families, invest in meaningful learning opportunities, and create a strong foundation for the community we are building together.

Where your contribution goes:

1. Making CAL accessible

Contributions help us offer reduced fees to families who may not otherwise be able to participate, including single-parent families and those facing more challenging financial circumstances.

2 - Learning materials and resources

Donations help us provide books, art and craft materials, tools, printers, equipment and other resources that enrich children’s everyday learning—without placing excessive costs on families.

3 - Experienced and fairly paid support

We aim to work with experienced psychologists, facilitators and other supportive adults who can contribute to activities and the wellbeing of the community. Your support helps us offer fair compensation while keeping participation fees as accessible as possible.

4 - Ongoing development for our team

We believe that the adults around children matter deeply. Contributions can support courses, workshops, reflective spaces and ongoing learning opportunities for our team.

5 - Nature-based partnerships

We plan to collaborate with schools whose children visit CAL regularly to spend more time in nature, explore, play and learn outdoors. Donations can support these shared projects and help make them available to more children.

6 - Growing our practical foundations

As CAL grows and prepares to move into a space that can better hold our community, we need support with practical and logistical costs—from transport and equipment to setting up and caring for our future home.
